Biochemic Treatment | Cell Salts for Bags under the Eyes

This article explores the way to restore natural balance of fluids in the organism. Biochemical treatment leads to durable restoration of skin problems. The bags under the eyes can be significantly diminished by acceptance of two tissue salts – compounds of Natrium.

Causation

One reason for formation of bags under the eyes is aging. Under the lower lid there is (anatomically) little quantity of fat, which is supported by ligaments. With aging the ligaments relax and the fat tissue edges out, forming little edematous ‘pillow’. This problem can be addressed by acceptance of Calc-fluor.

Another factor for formation of such ‘pillows’ may be the chronic sinusitis or rhinitis. They lead to consecutive swelling and then subsiding of the tissues under the eyes, which relaxes the skin and forms bags.

However, in most cases the cause for this deforming formation is more serious. According to Schuessler theory, the bags under eyes are leading facial symptom for exhaustion of two fundamental essential mineral compounds in the organism – two salts of Natrium: Natrium sulphuricum and Natrium chloratum (Natrium muriaticum, common cooking salt). If this deficiency is not overcome the bags can extend to the edge of cheeks.

Deficiency of Natrium sulphuricum

Natrium sulphuricum regulates the water in tissues, blood and bodily fluids, as well as the excretion of substances through the kidneys. The bags under eyes are signal for intoxication of the system due to weaken functioning of the liver and kidneys. The liver cannot overcome the intoxication without the necessary quantity of Nat-sulph in cells and tissues.

An evidence for insufficient quantity of this salt in the organism is the swelling of the feet, shanks, palms and fingers, and the eyes. The tongue is coated in greenish-grey or brown color, the salivation is increased. The liver is enlarged; the inactivating and excretion of toxins and endogenous residuum from the liver is impeded, and so is the metabolism of the alcohol, ammonia and the organic acids.

The bowels regulation is disturbed and patients suffer from constipation, diarrhea or spasmodic pains. It is also possible to have urinary retention or incontinence, due to unregulated micturition.

The pancreas exocrine function is also disturbed. Nat-sulph maintains the normal consistence of the pancreatic juice. The deficiency of Nat-sulph interrupts fat assimilation and the enzymes generation. As a result the intestinal flora is affected and the patients suffer from abdomen distention and fetid, offensive flatus after eating.

Due to the abnormal functioning of the liver, kidneys and pancreas, the skin accumulates toxins. It is frequently observed in such patients to have itching on the skin which aggravates from warmth, or ulcers on the extremities which discharge yellowish-green secretion. They also have yellowish-green discoloration around the eyes and the chin, yellowish sclera and swelling of the eyelids, and bluish-purple color of the back of nose (drunkards’ nose).

Deficiency of Natrium muriaticum

The maximum healthy daily quantity of salt for the organism is 5 grams. The average of the humanity is exceeding this quantity with 100 percent daily. How then it comes to deficiency of this natrium salt?

Schuessler underlined that the human cells have the ability to let through salt dilution with exact (no less and no more than) certain concentration. The cells membrane impedes the resorption of more concentrated salt dilutions and thus obstructs the replenishment of the necessary quantities of Natrium chloratum.

When such condition continuously exists, the organism begins to suffer from deficiency which leads to increased desire for salt; however the more salt he or she accepts, the less quantities of Nat-chlr remain in their cells. The organism begins to withdraw water from the cells in order to reinstate the homeostasis. The cells are unable to draw back the water. Swellings appear in different parts of the body.

The diluted Schuessler salt Nat-chlr pass unhindered through the cells membrane and cover the deficiency of this mineral compound. This is particularly important for the bradytrophic (vessel-free) tissues like cartilages, tendons, ligaments, disks between the vertebras and the crystalline lens. The bradytrophic tissues are fed by diffusion.

Symptoms of insufficient Nat-chlr in cells and tissues are: spontaneous ruptures of the tendons and ligaments, cataract, dry skin, dryness in vagina; increased or decreased mucus secretion – hay fever, sinusitis; loss of smell and taste; increased or decreased perspiration; heartburn in stomach or decreased stomach acidity; cracking of joints, arthropathy; inflamed edges of eyelids (Borx.), fatty cheeks as if bulging; dandruff.

Course of Treatment

The ligaments in the most gentle and loose part of the skin – around the eyes – are relaxed. Therefore, together with the restoration of natural water balance into the tissues, successful treatment of swellings and bags under and around the eyes includes also two tissue salts for restoration of the skin flexibility.

The combination of cell salts is as follows:

Natrium sulphuricum, 6 pastilles daily;
Natrium chloratum (muriaticum), 6 pastilles daily;
Calcium fluoratum, 3 pastilles daily;
Silicea, 3 pastilles daily.

The treatment schould be long lasting; between 3 – 6 months for visible effect.
